Pat enjoys finding ways of depicting textures and light into her work, using conventional mark making techniques and more experimental concepts too. 

Local landscapes and imagined landscapes make up a selection of her portfolio. Alongside her passion for water, moving and still with reflections. She loves the challenge of portraying the sensations of water and light to the viewer. Her style is mainly inpressionist in it’s form, with a leaning towards expressionism within some of her mark making techniques. She strives to create paintings that are full of interest and intrigue.
